Senator Coghill, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1217. Senator Ellis objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD) was adopted and was before the Senate on final passage. 2013-04-13 Senate Journal Page 1235 Senators Micciche, Coghill, Bishop, Fairclough, Giessel, Meyer, Dunleavy, Stevens, Dyson, Kelly, Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 3(JUD) Establishing the Joint Committee on Access and Federal Overreach; and recommending that the Governor establish a working group to consider establishing a permanent office or authority to preserve state sovereignty, pass the Senate?"
